Everywhere at once. Without pasting it ten times.

Where others drop the ball.
- The post is ready. The image works, the copy lands.
- Then the real work starts: a screenshot in WhatsApp, three days of silence, a “yeah, fine” buried in a thread you’ll never find again.
- For every client, on every channel, every single week.
- Your time doesn’t go into the work. It goes into chasing the work.
How it works
Schedule
Every channel in one calendar, per brand, in the right time zone. Daylight saving included. That’s where schedules slip: a post set for 09:00 that goes out at 08:00.
Get sign-off
One link or one PDF for your client, with the date, time, image and copy. They approve without creating an account. Only then is the post scheduled.
Keep the proof
For every post that goes out, we keep what was sent, when, and the public link. You can look it up months later.
That’s all it is. But it saves you half a day a week, and a lot of second-guessing.
Your client gets a file, not a screenshot.
One document with every post for the period. Each post shows its date, time, image and copy.
Your client opens it as a link or a PDF, and approves each post or asks for a change. No account, no password.
What they approve gets scheduled. What they want changed comes back to you. Everyone knows what’s going out, and who signed it off.
- One link or one PDF per round
- Approve or request a change, post by post
- No account needed for your client
- Scheduled only after sign-off

October round
3 posts · one tick per post
Saturday the workshop is open from nine to one. So is the coffee.
On 22 October, Model 7 runs all day. No sign-up needed.
Your AI assistant can do this too.
Your assistant schedules posts, requests sign-off and reads back what went out — over the REST API or the MCP server.

Works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any assistant that speaks MCP. You write where you already write; Ploffo schedules.

What is Ploffo?
Ploffo is a social media scheduling tool. You plan posts in one calendar, get them approved through a link or PDF, and keep a record of what was sent, when, and the public link.
Does my client need an account to approve?
No. Your client gets one link or one PDF and ticks each post off, or asks for a change. It all happens inside the document itself. The moment they approve, the post is scheduled automatically.
Which channels can I publish to?
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile and X. For some of these the platform itself has to approve a scheduling tool, and those requests are in; the pricing page marks which ones. We put no date on it, because the decision is not ours.
How much does it cost?
Mini is €9, Solo €24, Studio €79 and Agency €279 per month. You start with a 14-day free trial, no card needed.
What happens if a post fails to publish?
You get an email. Ploffo retries and shows in the calendar what went wrong, so a failure at night doesn’t go unnoticed.
Can my AI assistant use Ploffo?
Yes. Every paid plan includes a REST API and an MCP server. Any assistant that supports MCP can schedule posts and check their status.
Which channels does the reply agent answer on?
Comments on every channel where the platform allows it. Direct messages on Facebook and Instagram. LinkedIn has no messaging API for pages, so there it sticks to comments.
Do you use my conversations to train a model?
No. Your messages go to the AI model to write one reply, and nowhere else. With your own key they don’t even pass through our system.
Scheduled. Signed off. Proven.
