All prices exclude VAT. One brand is one workspace: its own calendar, its own channels, its own approver. One channel is one connected account — three LinkedIn pages are three channels. An agent reply and a caption it writes each count as one.

You can add up to double what your plan holds — Studio goes to six brands and sixty channels. Above that you move up a plan, which is cheaper anyway.
What’s a workspace?
A workspace is one brand, with its own channels and its own approver.
Solo has one, Studio three, Agency ten. Each workspace beyond that is €12 per month.
Each channel belongs to one brand, but the number of channels in your plan is a total you split yourself. On Studio that could be three brands with ten channels each, or one with twenty and two with a few.

Questions we get a lot
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Going up applies immediately and the difference is prorated. Going down takes effect at your next invoice.
What if I run out of replies?
The agent keeps preparing replies, it just stops sending them. You then choose: enter your own key, move to a bigger plan, or buy a one-off pack of extra replies.
What happens if I cancel? Do my scheduled posts still go out?
Your subscription runs until the end of the month you paid for, and scheduled posts go out as planned until then. If you delete your account, your data stays for 30 more days, so cancelling by mistake doesn’t cost you everything. After that it is gone for good.
How many channels are in my plan?
Solo 5, Studio 15, Agency unlimited. A channel is a connected account, not a platform: three LinkedIn pages are three channels. X is added one at a time, at €9 per month per channel.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number pay no Belgian VAT: the reverse charge applies. Belgian customers without a valid VAT number pay 21% on top. Invoices are issued by DB Events BV.
Does my client need an account to approve?
No. Your client gets one link or one PDF and ticks each post off, or asks for a change. It all happens inside the document itself — no account, no password.
What happens if a post fails to publish?
You get an email. Ploffo retries and shows in the calendar what went wrong, so you can fix it before your client notices.
Is the API on every plan?
Yes. Solo, Studio and Agency all include the REST API and the MCP server.
Where is my data stored?
With European processors: Vercel and Railway for the site and the API, Cloudflare R2 for images and PDFs, Resend for email, Stripe for payments. Ploffo is a product of DB Events BV. The full list is in the privacy policy.

What does X cost?
X is an add-on per X account, in two sizes: €9 a month up to 30 posts, €12 up to 45 posts.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial lasts 14 days and asks for no payment details. You only pick a plan if you want to keep going.
