For agencies
Several clients. An approver for each. And the same sign-off round, every month.
Where you are
You run social channels for a handful of clients, or many more. Each client has someone who signs off, and each of them replies in their own way.
At the end of the month your team sends out content calendars. At the start of the month it waits for replies.

What goes wrong today
- Sign-off is scattered across email, WhatsApp and comments in a shared doc.
- Nobody is sure which version was approved.
- A client says “I never approved that”, and you can’t show that they did.
- A post fails on a Saturday and nobody notices until Monday.
What changes
- A workspace per client, with its own channels and approver.
- One approval file per round: a link or a PDF with every post.
- For each post, an approval or a change request, with date and name.
- Remarks are carried out by Ploffo itself: date, time, channel, text, hashtags and order.
- An email to your team when a post fails to publish.
- Roles per person: who creates, who schedules, who publishes.
A real-world example
Around the 20th, your team prepares next month’s posts for eight clients. Each client gets one approval file.
One client’s marketing lead opens the link, approves twelve posts and asks for new copy on two. Those two Ploffo rewrites itself. You see the remark, what it did with it and what came out, side by side — each undone in one tap. One look, you forward it, it’s scheduled.
In March, that client asks why a January promotion went live. You open December’s file: approved on 22 December at 14:12.
Questions we get a lot
Which plan is built for agencies?
Agency, at €279 per month: ten workspaces, unlimited channels, ten users. Each client is a workspace; each workspace beyond ten is €12 per month.
Can my client see my other clients?
No. Each client only gets the link or PDF for their own approval file. They never enter the app.
Can I show when a client approved something?
Yes. Ploffo keeps the approval for each post and, once it’s published, what was sent, when, and the public link.
Scheduled. Signed off. Proven.
No card. 14 days. No commitment.
