The approval round
One link to your client. One tick per post. And what they ask for is already done by the time you open your screen.
Approval is the part of the work nobody schedules and that always runs late. Not because the posts are hard, but because there is a person in between every time: the comment has to be read, copied over somewhere, sent again — and then you wait again.
In Ploffo that step is not there. The round goes out as one link, comes back with comments, and Ploffo carries them out. You check what is there instead of retyping it.
How a round runs
You set the round up
Pick the period. What has no sign-off yet is in it; what has already gone out is not.
Ploffo checks before it leaves
Length against the channel’s limit, the number of hashtags, the proportions of the image, and whether the connection to the channel is still valid. A round that would strand on that does not leave.
Your client gets one link
No account, no password, nothing to install. They see their posts in the order they would appear in.
They approve, or ask for something
Per post. And what they ask is not a message back to you but an instruction that gets carried out.
You check, and it goes in the calendar
Only what is green gets scheduled. You get one confirmation with the whole plan in it — never an email per post.
Two dossiers, and your client sees only one
The working dossier is yours. Everything is in it: the material, what the agent proposed, what you changed and why. This is where the work happens.
The decision dossier is what your client gets. One page per post, with the date, the time, the channel, the image at its true proportions and the full text. No buttons they do not need, no half versions.
What leaves the building is therefore always the decision dossier. Your client judges what goes out, not how it was made.

A comment is an instruction, not a conversation
When your client writes “can this go a week later?” or “drop the second sentence”, everywhere else that is not the end of the work — that is where it starts. Someone reads it, adjusts it, sends it again.
Ploffo carries it out. The date has moved, the sentence is gone, and the round comes back to you already put right.
You see three things side by side: your client’s comment, what Ploffo did with it, and what it became. Every action undoes with one tap. You stay last: nothing goes out because your client asked for it, it goes out because you approved it.
Your client logs in nowhere
They get a link and open it in their browser, on their phone or on their computer. No password, no app, no invitation to accept first.
In the dossier a line runs straight through your text, at the point where the platform puts more. So they see which lines they get before anyone has to click — and that is exactly what they should be judging.
If a post exists in Dutch and in French, those are two variants. They are approved separately, because they are two texts.

Two steps: the agency first, the client next
Maker, planner, approver. Whoever may make does not have to be allowed to publish, and whoever approves does not need to be able to change anything. That is set per person, per brand.
At an agency someone on the team approves first and the client after. Two steps, one link per step, and you see where both stand.
If your client does not want to look at every post, they can give you carte blanche: you approve, they stay informed. That is their choice, per brand, and they can withdraw it at any time.

What is left after the round
With every sign-off it says who approved it and when. Not for the bookkeeping, but because that question gets asked three months later: “has anyone ever seen this?”
After publishing, the proof is added: what went out, when, and the public link. If your client asks in December what was online in October, it is there in one click.
Questions we get a lot
Does my client have to make an account?
No. They open a link and tick boxes. No password, no software, no invitation to accept first.
Can my client change the text themselves?
They ask for the change, Ploffo carries it out and you check it. That way there is only ever one version, and you see what changed.
What happens to a post that does not get approved?
It stays where it is and does not go out. Only what is green goes into the calendar.
Which language does my client see the dossier in?
In the language of the post. If a post exists in Dutch and in French, those are two variants, approved separately.
Is this in every plan?
The client link starts at Solo. On Mini you approve yourself — anyone posting for themselves does not need a round to someone else.
Do I get an email per approved post?
No. One confirmation with the whole plan in it. Anyone scheduling twenty posts does not want twenty messages.
Scheduled. Signed off. Proven.
No card. 14 days. No commitment.
