Agentic workflow

Three agents prepare. You sign. Ploffo leaves.

Most tools give you one assistant that does a bit of everything. Ploffo works differently: three agents that each do exactly one thing, and one publishing layer that carries the work out.

That isn’t technique for its own sake. An agent that does a single thing is an agent you can check — and when something goes wrong, you know where.

Agentic workflow

  1. Plano

From a folder of images to a month of planning.

You drag in everything you have at once. Plano recognises what belongs together, knows where it belongs, writes the caption and picks the day. Halloween lands at the end of October, not on the second.

  2. Echo

Answers comments and messages, in your words.

You approve the agent once, not every reply. After that it responds within minutes, using only your own information. If the answer isn’t there, it makes nothing up and passes the question on.

  3. Vitro

Keeps your profiles current, on every channel.

It reads your logo, cover image, description and hours across all your channels and says what no longer fits. Where the platform allows it, it corrects; where it doesn’t, the text is ready to paste.

How the four work together

  1. One knowledge base

All three draw on the same source: your documents, your website, your prices, your previously approved posts. What Echo learns about how you sound, Plano uses for its captions.

  2. None of the three publishes

They prepare and put the proposal in your calendar. Nothing changes about who signs off on what — only the blank page is gone.

  3. Ploffo carries it out

After your tick, Ploffo leaves with it, at the agreed hour, in the brand’s time zone. It isn’t only the face of the app: it’s the part that actually publishes.

  4. You always see who did what

Every proposal says which agent made it and where it drew from. That’s why they’re separate.

Want to drive them from Claude, ChatGPT or your own code? That works through the REST API and the MCP server.

Questions we get a lot

Does each agent have its own bird?

No. Ploffo is the only character. Plano, Echo and Vitro are names for the work, so that every proposal tells you which part made it.

Are they in every plan?

Yes, all three. What differs between plans is the number of replies and captions per month, not which agents you get.

Can I switch an agent off?

Yes, per workspace. If you only want to schedule and answer yourself, you switch Echo off.

Scheduled. Signed off. Proven.
