Vitro
Keeps your profiles current, on every channel.
Profiles go stale quietly. The bio still names a service you stopped offering, the hours are last year’s, the logo is two identities old. Nobody notices, because you never look at your own profile.
Your customers do. Often it’s the first thing they see, and on Google it’s before they reach your website at all.

What it does
It reads all of them
On every channel, including the ones where it can’t change anything. Logo, cover, description, opening hours — and it compares them with each other and with your brand brief.
It says what no longer fits
Two spellings of your company name. A service you dropped two years ago. Hours that differ across three channels.
It corrects where it may
On Google Business Profile, Facebook, YouTube, Mastodon and Bluesky, after one tick from you.
And delivers where it may not
On Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn and Pinterest the new text is ready to paste, with a link to the right settings page. If one of them opens up, it just joins in.
What it looks at
- Your brand brief: your name, what you do, for whom
- Your website and your prices
- What each channel says right now
- The public holiday calendar for your country
How it stays careful
- Before every change it keeps what was there, dated, in your media library. No copy, no change.
- You see before and after side by side before you approve, and one click puts it back.
- Someone allowed to approve posts is not thereby allowed to replace your logo. Separate permission, off by default.
An agency with ten clients, concretely
Mid-November, Vitro proposes for ten brands at once: the Christmas banner, the adjusted hours between Christmas and New Year, and for three of them a description still pointing at an old offer.
You run down the list, tick boxes, and leave two proposals alone because those clients do nothing with Christmas this year.
On 2 January you get the same list in reverse: holiday hours back to normal.
Questions we get a lot
Which channels can Vitro actually change?
Google Business Profile, Facebook, YouTube, Mastodon and Bluesky. Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn and Pinterest don’t allow it from outside yet; there it delivers the text ready to paste.
Does it change anything on its own?
Never. It proposes, you sign. Even for something as small as an opening hour.
Does this cost extra?
No, it’s in every plan. Reading and updating a profile is an ordinary API call; only when it writes a new text itself does that count against your monthly total.
Scheduled. Signed off. Proven.
No card. 14 days. No commitment.
