Echo

Answers comments and messages, in your words.

Replying takes more time than posting. Not because the answers are hard — most questions are about opening hours, prices and whether something is still in stock — but because they trickle in while you’re doing something else.

And a reply that arrives three days late isn’t a reply any more. So with Echo the approval moves from every message to the agent itself: you set once what it knows, how it sounds and what it never says. After that it replies within minutes, without you having to be there.

A fluffy little bird in headphones and round glasses at a desk: one wing on an open notebook, the other pointing at a message thread on screen, a line of light linking the page to the answer.
It answers, you can check

How you set it up

  1. You give it its knowledge

You upload your documents, point it at your website and fill in your prices. That’s all it needs, and all it gets.

  2. You set its tone

Formal or loose, short or full, first name or not. It also gets a list of things it may never say.

  3. You get its proposal

Before it answers a single message you get an overview of what it will do and where it draws from — as a link, so your client can read it too.

  4. It replies

On every channel where the platform allows comments, and on direct messages through Facebook and Instagram.

Where it gets its answers

  • The documents you upload yourself
  • Your website and your llms.txt
  • Your prices and your FAQ
  • Replies you’ve approved before

What it never does on its own

  • Make things up. If the answer isn’t in its sources, it passes the question to you instead of inventing one.
  • Complaints, price negotiations and anything legal. Those always go to a human, even when it’s sure of itself.
  • Reply outside Meta’s twenty-four hour window. It knows the clock and puts those messages in your hand-over list.

An evening, concretely

At 21:40 someone asks under your Instagram post whether you’re open on Saturday. At 21:41 there’s a reply with your hours, in your tone.

At 22:15 someone complains about a delivery that never arrived. That doesn’t go to the agent but to your list, with a notification.

Next morning you see what happened: fourteen answered, two handed over. You read the two, and you’re done.

Questions we get a lot

Do I have to approve every reply?

No, and that’s the whole point. You approve the agent once. If you’d still rather read along, you can put it in proposal mode — then it prepares and you send.

Which channels does it work on?

Comments on every channel where the platform allows it. Direct messages on Facebook and Instagram; other platforms don’t give access to those.

Do you use my conversations to train a model?

No. They go to a model to prepare one reply and nowhere else. With your own key, nothing even passes through us.
