n8n

Let a scenario schedule on its own, with no one typing.

The MCP Client Tool node in n8n gives an AI Agent node access to the Ploffo tools. Useful for a fixed scenario — a form that comes in and immediately starts an approval round, for example.

How to connect it

  1. Add the node

Add the MCP Client Tool node to your scenario, and connect it to an AI Agent node.

  2. Fill in the endpoint

Enter https://mcp.ploffo.com as the SSE endpoint.

  3. Set up authentication

Choose Bearer, and enter your key.

  4. Choose the tools

All tools, or only the ones this scenario needs.

What to know

  • The node does not work on its own: it needs to be connected to an AI Agent node.
  • If in doubt, check the most recent n8n documentation for the exact way to connect — it changes from version to version sometimes.
